There are really good community managers and then there are those who purposefully make an extra effort to reach a rarer category, namely all-around excellence. Our current community manager Gillian- she's in that rarer category. Whether a topic is easy or hard she's there to fix it or make it better to the best of her ability. She sees her renters as individuals and communicates caring and reassurance always.

Moving from California site unseen was stressful but the Manager, Sierra was such a great help. I must have called her 10 times with questions and every time she was very helpful and even did a video tour of the location of the Apartment, etc. She is exactly what a good Manager should be! What a beautiful place to live in Tramway Indian School this apartment complex is so beautiful I love the people I love the management guys keep up the good work and the maintenance is good thank you guys never had no problem this is a big Beautiful place to live by the mountains for my life and more. Just moved in and we can't thank Sierra and Tina enough! Sierra went above and beyond to get everything done online for us, and had everything in a folder upon our arrival. The mountain views are beautiful, the property is clean and quiet, and it's very animal friendly. We are grateful for all the work put in to get us an apartment. I'd recommend Villa Serena Apartments!

Easy Move in Experience
Sierra, helped my fiance and I move in super easy. She was super transparent and helpful on what we should be expected to have upon move in. She's super nice and addressed all of the questions I had. Most of our communication was done through email and she provided fast answers to my questions.
