My first experience apartment hunting and it could not have gone any better! Angel was so helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. If he is any indication of the level of service to be expected from the management / staff at this beautiful property, then I am hopeful that I will be privileged enough to call Villa Serena my home here soon!

I’m a little late on the review and understand there’s new management, I lived here 1.5 years ago. I loved this place. The whole time I lived here, my roommate and I found a total of 1 spider in the apartment. No roaches, no other bugs ever. It’s so clean and was given to us in good shape. Being a smaller complex, I think it was easier for maintenance to manage and it was always beautiful. Barely ever even a leaf on the sidewalk. I felt safe, never heard of any crime on the property and loved living there. I hope with new management they keep up with the amazing complex they have and amazing service they provided to the residents as they did when I was there. Good price for what you get. PNM can be a little expensive, but if you’re careful with the refrigerated air, shouldnt be a problem. I’m looking for a new apartment again from where I am now, and this is #1 on my list.

I lived here for almost 2 years and I would have stayed longer if I could of. I'm a 22 year old single girl so safety is a big thing for me, but I always felt at home and comfortable here. Susan the apartment manager is AMAZING and helpful and stays on top of everything. It is a safe complex, clean and well kept. The maintenance guy is super sweet and friendly and answers requests in a timely fashion. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live that's not ridiculously over priced for the area!!! The only thing I can say on the negative side is that the apartments are all-electric so the PNM bills got pretty high during the summer while running the A/C. Other than that I loved this place and would definitely consider returning!!!

Nice place to live. We stayed there for a few months in 2009 and I and my family enjoyed a lot! It was a wonderful time.
