Very Easy proccess
The process was super quick and painless. I did not have any issues at all and Sierra was very helpful and knowlegable.
Painless
I was super nervous to be moving out and living on my own again. With the help of Tina and Sierra this process was painless. as soon as i walked in the door i already felt at home.
Sierra was amazing today & answered all of my questions thouroughly!
Sierra and Tina made looking for a new home so easy it took away so much stress they provided great customer service and im looking foward to living a villa serena for a few years.

Sierra and Tina have made the move-in process absolutely seamless! They've been extremely helpful and informative. On our move-in-date they had all of our paperwork in a folder and ready for us, including a hard copy of our lease that we were able to sign virtually. I've only been here for a week but I can tell that management holds themselves to a high standard of professionalism.
I had the pleasure of working with Sierra! She was a dream to work with and walked me and my boyfriend step by step in the moving process!. She was so very kind and I look forward to living here. Sierra was so prompt and was able to move my boyfriend and I same day! so very exciting! Tina also helped us out and was able to help us get approved and give us a tour as well. So very glad that we came to live here.
I had given a pretty harsh review at first about this place. TBH though every time I asked for help with the office they were happy to make sure I didnât get penalties if I could at all possible avoid! Much appreciated! They are Newish management and still getting all their systems in place to run smoothly. Also informed me that staff was max capacity and work orders will be getting done much more efficiently.! Went from one star to four!
We took a chance while out of state and we chose Villa Serena based off location and reviews. The community is very quiet, the staff and manager are super friendly and accommodating; plus their flexibility to not judging dogs off their breed is very appreciated! Highly Recommend!
