I had the pleasure of working with Sierra! She was a dream to work with and walked me and my boyfriend step by step in the moving process!. She was so very kind and I look forward to living here. Sierra was so prompt and was able to move my boyfriend and I same day! so very exciting! Tina also helped us out and was able to help us get approved and give us a tour as well. So very glad that we came to live here.

I had given a pretty harsh review at first about this place. TBH though every time I asked for help with the office they were happy to make sure I didn’t get penalties if I could at all possible avoid! Much appreciated! They are Newish management and still getting all their systems in place to run smoothly. Also informed me that staff was max capacity and work orders will be getting done much more efficiently.! Went from one star to four!

We took a chance while out of state and we chose Villa Serena based off location and reviews. The community is very quiet, the staff and manager are super friendly and accommodating; plus their flexibility to not judging dogs off their breed is very appreciated! Highly Recommend!

Sierra and the manager have been a great help with the move in process. Office staff very helpful and kind meeting our needs and concerns. Location and the apartment are very adequate for our needs.

Moving from out of state, sight unseen can be stressful. Tina and Sierra were nothing short of amazing. When we had a few road bumps applying they remained consistent, resourceful, and so kind through the entire process. Apartment was move in ready, and we have had no issues thus far. Thank you ladies and your team for all you do!

We looked at a lot of apartments when coming to Albuquerque and we read a lot of horror stories but Villa Serena wasn't one of them. From the start to the finish Angelica Vigil worked hard to make sure our process was smooth and our Apartment was clean and ready when we got there. We loved that the apartment had places to park right in from of your unit and the rental process was smooth. We got in and began living our normal life quickly. Would recommend. They took care of us well.
