We took a chance while out of state and we chose Villa Serena based off location and reviews. The community is very quiet, the staff and manager are super friendly and accommodating; plus their flexibility to not judging dogs off their breed is very appreciated! Highly Recommend!

Sierra and the manager have been a great help with the move in process. Office staff very helpful and kind meeting our needs and concerns. Location and the apartment are very adequate for our needs.

Moving from out of state, sight unseen can be stressful. Tina and Sierra were nothing short of amazing. When we had a few road bumps applying they remained consistent, resourceful, and so kind through the entire process. Apartment was move in ready, and we have had no issues thus far. Thank you ladies and your team for all you do!

We looked at a lot of apartments when coming to Albuquerque and we read a lot of horror stories but Villa Serena wasn't one of them. From the start to the finish Angelica Vigil worked hard to make sure our process was smooth and our Apartment was clean and ready when we got there. We loved that the apartment had places to park right in from of your unit and the rental process was smooth. We got in and began living our normal life quickly. Would recommend. They took care of us well.

I really loved my experience at these apartments, the only downside was that I was always in a dead zone in my apartment. I had Verizon and never had service. Otherwise the staff was amazing, and the apartments were cute!

Great location, quiet complex, family friendly, very prompt maintenance, and friendly office staff. I feel very well taken care of here at Villa Serena. It’s clear management & owners really care about their tenants. I do wish they would put security cameras around, especially by the mailboxes because I’ve had my mail stolen a couple times already.
