My phone call with Esperanza was the easiest and informative Iâve had yet, excited to be working with villa as I move from out of state!
We looked at a lot of apartments when coming to Albuquerque and we read a lot of horror stories but Villa Serena wasn't one of them. From the start to the finish Angelica Vigil worked hard to make sure our process was smooth and our Apartment was clean and ready when we got there. We loved that the apartment had places to park right in from of your unit and the rental process was smooth. We got in and began living our normal life quickly. Would recommend. They took care of us well.
I really loved my experience at these apartments, the only downside was that I was always in a dead zone in my apartment. I had Verizon and never had service. Otherwise the staff was amazing, and the apartments were cute!
Great location, quiet complex, family friendly, very prompt maintenance, and friendly office staff. I feel very well taken care of here at Villa Serena. Itâs clear management & owners really care about their tenants.
I do wish they would put security cameras around, especially by the mailboxes because Iâve had my mail stolen a couple times already.
sad to say I cant stay there but if the opportunity were to come I would love to live at Villa Serena Abril gave a great tour and I loved the look of the place!!!

Management and maintenance are always available to help. It was a wonderful experience while I lived there. Anything that needs to be done is taken care of in a very timely manner and the property is very well maintained. Thank you Abril, Gloria, and Gabriel!
My first experience apartment hunting and it could not have gone any better! Angel was so helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. If he is any indication of the level of service to be expected from the management / staff at this beautiful property, then I am hopeful that I will be privileged enough to call Villa Serena my home here soon!
